Getting There

By Foot - The Auckland Art Gallery is located within easy walking distance of Britomart transport centre. Located next to Albert Park, the NEW Gallery is just one block back from Queen Street.

By Bus - The free City Circuit bus and the LINK bus both stop close to the Gallery. For additional information on local transport visit MAXX.

By Car - By car there are three public car parks within 400 metres of the Gallery. Street pay parking is available along Kitchener Street. Disabled parking is available on the right hand side of Kitchener Street, just beyond the entrance to the Main Gallery. There is a special rate of $4 all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays at the Victoria Street car park. Enter via Kitchener Street or turn left at the top of Victoria Street. Vouchers for Weekend Easy Parking are available from the front desks in the Gallery.
